Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is confirmed and packed, it will be handed over to our delivery partner for shipment. Estimated Delivery Time Delivery times may vary depending on your location: Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days Please note that delivery times may be slightly delayed during high-demand periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier issues. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location: Inside Dhaka: ৳60 Outside Dhaka: ৳120 Shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order. Free Shipping We offer free shipping on orders above ৳1500. If your order qualifies, the shipping fee will automatically be waived during checkout. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an update via: SMS Email WhatsApp This update will include your order status and delivery information. Delivery Attempts Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order to the provided shipping address. Please ensure that: Your phone number is active Your delivery address is accurate Someone is available to receive the package If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, re-delivery may be delayed. Cash on Delivery We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations. Please ensure the exact payment amount is available at the time of delivery.
